But it&#039;s so cool to hear about how important leadership is in the military and how the best military commanders are leaders first, dictators second (if ever).

BTW, I&#039;ve been at my current job for almost a year now, so it&#039;s not exactly new. And I&#039;m not desperate to get out! :) How cool is that?

Some Officers treat their workers as &quot;tools&quot; that have a function to fill, and they keep forgetting that these are human beings. Soldiers were actually hiding from them, trying not to have any contact with them.
