I had heard of &lt;em&gt;Peopleware&lt;/em&gt; before I read it, but I never knew how good it was until I borrowed someone else&#039;s copy. I loved it so much, I had to buy my own copy. I&#039;ve read it completely through multiple times since then, and I refer to it frequently. Definitely check it out. At least skim through the table of contents on Amazon.

Am I pushing this too hard? Sorry. It&#039;s just out of excitement. I consider &lt;em&gt;Peopleware&lt;/em&gt; a must-read classic, and I&#039;d buy copies for every software manager if I could afford it.

		<description>Excellent article.  I have never heard of peopleware but now want to read it. It&#039;s incredible to me that this stuff cound have been studied and figured out so many years ago and yet we continue to repeat the same things over and over again.</description>
