This may be stretching it, but I know some Gilmore Girls fans who have said they loved Roswell. I know I really liked the show, because it filled that space in my life between Babylon 5 and Gilmore Girls. I even have used Roswell as an example for life...

Yay for you! I did this myself recently, and yes - it is super scary at first. And it stays that way for awhile. But dig the fear - it keeps you sharp and focused. Celebrate the hungry - it keeps you working hard. Your perceived weaknesses can become your strengths - be agile, be fast, be sharp, be eager. You will go far! Relish the experience of being a shorttimer! As someone commented to me on my blog, when I made this same announcement, there is great power in this moment!

[...] If you recall, I quit my job and struck out on my own. But I still have a few more days before my last. Four days, to be more precise. You see, the thing is, I had already prepared a smooth exit even before I gave notice. So everything’s all set for me to go. Except now they’ve got me hacking a new feature into another impossibly low-quality module. I’m somewhere inbetween demoralized and just plain exhausted. [...]
