		<description>Tim - Found your blog thru Liz&#039;s blog show. This is an outstanding post. Companies don&#039;t spend enough time on their communication with customers and it shows. RCN missed a valuable customer service touchpoint here ... it amazes me that companies don&#039;t pay more attention to this given the message it sends to the consumer.
