		<description>Hi, Michael. Thanks for dropping in. Yeah, that was the point in the story. She was &lt;em&gt;this&lt;/em&gt; close to dying--I&#039;m holding my fingers really close together now--and she would have perished had they not gotten to her in time and were it not for fast action by a knowledgeable doctor. The story hasn&#039;t gone to print yet, and so I&#039;ve added a few more sentences to try to make that clear.
